Martorano’s Prime is the acclaimed cook’s first Philadelphia signature restaurant in over 30 years it fuses the founder’s renowned Italian-American menu with high-end steakhouse staples.

Reservations are suggested but not required. The main restaurant seats approximately 200 guests, with an additional 24-seat private dining room. Last seating will be at 9:45 p.m., and the bar will remain open until 12:30 a.m. Hours of operation for Martorano’s Prime are Thursday through Saturday, from 6 p.m. at Rivers Casino Philadelphia in Fishtown.
